RTX Series FAQs
What makes the Level Rods RTX Series different?
The RTX Series combines premium 30/40 Ton Toray carbon blanks, quality components, and comfortable cork handles to deliver sensitivity, strength, and responsiveness. Designed for serious anglers, RTX rods provide the performance and control needed for a wide variety of bass fishing techniques at an affordable price.
What are the benefits of an exposed carbon reel seat?
The Level Rods RTX Series features an exposed carbon reel seat designed to enhance sensitivity, comfort, and overall performance. By allowing direct contact with the carbon blank, this design helps anglers detect subtle vibrations, light bites, and changes in bottom composition. It also provides a lightweight, ergonomic feel that improves control and reduces hand fatigue during long days on the water. The result is a more connected fishing experience, helping you feel more of what's happening at the end of your line.
What type of guides are used on Level Rods RTX fishing rods?
The Level Rods RTX Series features premium stainless steel tangle-free guides with SIC (Silicon Carbide) inserts. These guides are designed to minimize line friction, promote smooth and accurate casting, and help reduce line tangles. The durable stainless steel frames provide strength and reliability, while the SIC inserts offer excellent wear resistance for use with braided, fluorocarbon, and monofilament fishing lines.
How sensitive are the Level Rods RTX Series fishing rods?
The Level Rods RTX Series is engineered to deliver exceptional sensitivity, allowing anglers to feel even the slightest bites and subtle changes underwater. Built with premium 30/40 Ton Japanese Toray carbon blanks, RTX rods provide excellent vibration transmission while maintaining a lightweight, responsive feel. The exposed carbon reel seat enhances direct contact with the blank, helping anglers detect light bites, bottom composition, and lure movement. Whether you're dragging a jig across rocky structure, working a finesse bait, or fishing deep offshore, the RTX Series delivers the sensitivity and feedback needed to fish with confidence.
